Good post. I checked my battery and it was fine. In my case, the problem was a different USB port from the laptop, which was farther away from the mouse: on this setup although it is close (~45cm), there are some things in between that were probably causing interference. Changing to the USB port on the other side of the laptop, to be closer, fixed the issue.
Your post helped me fix the poor performance of my wireless Logitech mouse that I have been dealing with for more than a year. Thank you! My laptop has only one USB 3.0 port, which is where I plugged in my wireless mouse adapter. Based on your suggestion about a bad port, I plugged in a USB hub into my USB-C port and plugged the wireless mouse adapter into that. The mouse works pretty much normal now.
Dear Tom,
We are glad to know that your problem is now fixed.
Thanks and Regards
