1. Press Windows key + Shift + S

3. Next, drag the changed mouse pointer to select the portion of the screen to capture.
4. The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard, which you can paste into another program.

Note: The shortcut only works on the latest version of Windows.

Save a Screenshot to Your Clipboard

To save the captured screenshot, open the image editor or the word document you want to save and press Ctrl +V.
